Worth Fighting For-Media Release re Australian Sex Party

Some of the things the major political parties do are very good. Some are not
so good. For example, do you sometimes get the impression that the major
political parties in Australia are more interested in pursuing the interests of
their parties rather than the interests of the people? That they have abandoned
the values that made this country great?
I certainly do.

MPs should be the people’s representatives in the parliament not their
party’s representatives
in the electorate. We pay our taxes to provide essential
services, not to finance ever-expanding government bureaucracies.

As the major parties continually expand the size and reach of government and
embrace what are commonly called “socially progressive” policies, Family First
is now the only Party that can be relied upon to defend the values that
Australians hold dear. Policies and values that are worth fighting for.
